Sandy was so fabulous to work with! She was incredibly thorough and willing to do whatever we asked, whenever we asked. I was traveling with my brother who has some health issues and this was his first trip to Europe. I used Sandy Adams as my travel agent to book a cruise on Celebrity Equinox. Sandy was the ultimate professional. She answered all my questions and then some. If she didn't have an answer she got back to us very quickly. I will never book online again! It is so much easier to have a live person to speak with and ask questions of. She got us the same price and perks as online and we didn't have to do a thing. In fact, after booking with her she sent us additional onboard credit which we used towards a relaxing massage.
